Vetreality Farm is an owner recordkeeping pilot. Test your everyday workflow alongside your existing records before relying on it. Paid subscriptions and staff access are not active.
Animal care and veterinary collaboration
Use the workspace to record observations, care already given and dates agreed with your veterinarian. It does not diagnose illness, prescribe medicines, calculate doses or provide emergency monitoring. For a sick or injured animal, contact your local veterinarian promptly; do not wait for an app reminder.
Use verified product instructions and veterinary advice for treatment and withdrawal dates. A reminder is not an instruction to treat. Farm-entered pedigrees and records are not independent certification, proof of parentage or veterinary endorsement.
Checks before relying on your records
Compare your animal register with a physical count. Test an entry online, an entry offline and reconnection; confirm no entries remain pending and check the synced entry on a second device. Check tasks, stock balances and financial summaries against your original records.
Export CSV records regularly and download important documents separately. A CSV export is not a tested full restore. Keep original paperwork and your existing records during the pilot. Offline records remain in this browser: use a trusted device, protect it with a screen lock and do not clear browser storage while entries are pending.
Before a wider or paid launch
Complete backup and restoration testing, secure staff and adviser permissions, correction audit history, retention and deletion processes, approved privacy and service terms, support and incident procedures, and mobile field testing. Obtain a local veterinary review of the animal-care content before wider release. Confirm billing, cancellation, refunds and final pricing before collecting subscription payments.
Automatic SMS, email and push alerts are not active. Check due work in the workspace; external calendar refresh depends on your calendar provider.

Pilot status: the listed prices and allowances describe the launch packages. Available owner tools remain open for testing; no payment is collected and no paid limits are enforced. Features marked planned are not available. Starting the pilot opens the owner workspace; selecting a plan does not activate a subscription. Local payment integrations and final tax treatment still require setup before paid launch.

Do I need to install an app?
No. The browser workspace works online on desktop and mobile. Native mobile apps are not released.
Can my workers use it offline?
This owner workspace can save records offline after an online setup. Sync retries when reopened or reconnected. Team access and native mobile apps remain pending.
Can I manage my farm from abroad?
You can review uploaded cloud records in your browser. Current records do not guarantee a fresh physical count or prove work.
Are team permissions and photographs ready?
Owner-only document uploads and downloads are available online. Team invitations, automatic notifications and native mobile apps are still pending.
